Digital North provides website reporting to shared hosting customers using the Urchin reporting system. Urchin is a superior reporting system -- combining intuitive reports with blazing speed. The reports are 100% web-based, requiring no special client software.

Additionally, if you are using our Miva E-Commerce system your reports may include a special report section showing the actual dollars spent on your site.

The Urchin website reports are automatically updated each morning to include information from the previous day. The raw website log files are deleted after the Urchin system processes the log files.

How do I access my website report?

Your Urchin website report is located at the URL:

http://www.websitelogs.com

The system will prompt you for a username and a password when you access the Urchin reporting system. The username and password used to access your report is the same as your support access account. Please contact your Account Representative if you have misplaced your website access account information.
